This huge, quiet, detached house is just a 4 minutes' walk to the tourney and a 4 minutes' walk up into the village. With off street parking for 3 cars, the house has a huge back garden and would be good for corporate entertaining with a marquee or housing a top team who need lots of space.  

There is a private side entrance from the Parking up to the front door and there is access from Burghley Road up a private alley into the back garden, so easy access for guests going to a marquee.

Off the entrance hall to the left is a wood panelled study. Opposite the front door is a large drawing room furnished comfortably modern with a 54” TV screen up on the wall which has Sky and all the other channels. Wifi functions well throughout the house with boosters. The huge main living space, off the fully equipped kitchen, has another big comfy lounging area in front of a 63” TV screen. The dining table seats 8, and French doors open onto the terrace and very large landscaped garden. (the trampoline will be removed!). To the right of the hall is a vast, formal dining room with a table that could seat 16. This room is also accessed from the kitchen, but can be screened off with big sliding doors. There is another double bedroom (with the flags which is about to be redecorated) with a standard 4’6” wide bed and a single bedroom which both share a bathroom with a power shower cubicle, basin and loo.  

A dog lives here generally, but not whilst you are resident.


Up on the higher level of the garden are two bee hives. They will not disturb anyone, unless they are poked about, so if kids are going to be present the owner is prepared to fence them off!  They are well away from the main back garden.
