How it works
Our rentals are all of privately owned and lived-in homes. You stay in properties with character and personality and many of the owners’ possessions are left in situ for your comfort. But space is never a problem and enough room is always allocated in wardrobes and cupboards for all your personal things.
We are experienced at making sure that all your requirements are not only met, but exceeded.
The homes are sited in 6 locations. Generally the most expensive are those in the Village or within sight of the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC). The more economical, but no less comfortable, homes are those on Ridgway, Parkside, Wimbledon Park and Southfields.
None of our properties are further than a 20 min walk from the AELTC, unless otherwise stated.

Decide on the number of bedrooms you need.

Additional single beds with linen can be hired at a cost of £180 for the two week period.
Cots and high chairs can also be hired at a cost of £77 for the two week period.

What to expect
Once you have made your choice, Tennis London will send a contract between you and your chosen landlord. This must be signed and returned to Tennis London.

At the same time you will be sent a payment schedule showing the amount of rental due and the security deposit owing. Both these sums must be transferred by your bank into the account detailed on the payment schedule.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 3 – 4 weeks of you vacating the accommodation, less any expenses such as breakages, damage and cleaning plus the Tennis London lease/administration fee of £115. A full statement of account will also be sent to you with all receipts etc.

You inform us of your ‘move-in' date. All our rentals run for a two week minimum period with the option of extending on an 'as required' day-to-day basis.
All the properties have televisions, DVD players and Wi-Fi. Most also have Sky and/or Freeview. If a satellite service is essential, please be sure to discuss this with Tennis London before committing to a rental.

Cleaning: Most homes have a cleaner who comes in at least once a week to change the linen etc. This expense is the tenant’s responsibility; if you do not want this service, or require something more specific, please be sure to discuss your requirements with Tennis London.
Check-in/check-out: Tennis London will meet you at your accommodation with keys, so you need to provide us with an accurate arrival time. Check out is before noon on your departure date.
