How it works
Our rentals are privately owned properties with character and personality. The owner’s stuff is there for you to enjoy and space will be freed up for your personal things.
Accommodation rates are dependant on location and poshness! Rentals in the village or within sight of the tournament are most expensive. Better value, but no less comfortable, are the homes on Ridgway, Parkside, Wimbledon Park and Southfields. The minimum stay is usually 2 weeks.
None of our properties are further than a 20 min walk from the AELTC, unless otherwise stated.
What you have to do
Decide on the number of bedrooms you need.
Double = one double bed
Twin = two single bed
Single = one single bed
Additional single beds with linen can be hired at a cost of £230 for the two week period.
Cots and high chairs can also be hired at a cost of £90 for the two week period.

What to expect
Once you have made your choice, Tennis London will send a contract between you and the landlord to be signed and returned us.
Tell us your arrival date. Minimum stay is usually two weeks and additional days may be added pro rata.
Along with the contract you will be sent a payment schedule showing the amount due (rent plus deposit) which you need to pay in order to secure your booking. Payment is made either by bank transfer or by Credit Card which will incur a processing charge of 3.5%.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 3 – 4 weeks after you vacate the accommodation, less any expenses such as damage, cleaning and Tennis London’s lease/administration fee of £120. A full statement of account will be sent to you along with receipts.
All the properties have televisions, DVD players and Wi-Fi. Most also have Sky and/or Freeview. If a satellite service is essential, please be sure to discuss this with Tennis London before committing to a rental.
Cleaning: Most homes have a cleaner who comes in at least once a week to clean and change the linen. This expense is the tenant’s responsibility; if you do not want this service, or require something more specific, please be sure to discuss your requirements with Tennis London.
Check-in/check-out: Tennis London will meet you at your accommodation with keys, so you need to provide us with an accurate arrival time. Check out is before noon on your departure date.

We've been in the business for over 25 years and have forged very special relationships with the players, the media and most of the global corporations and international companies who visit Wimbledon for the two weeks or more of the tournament every June/July.
Location is paramount! Your home must be within a 20 minute walk of AELTC . Your rental income will be dependant on location, size and decor of your home. The closer you are to the tournament, the more desirable your home becomes; the posher it is, the better the income.
There’s a good market for big and small homes as long as you are in the catchment, so please take a look at our map. Facilities like wireless broadband are essential and our tenants expect quite high levels of presentation and service.
It’s a very personal business, renting your home to a stranger during the tournament. For over 18 years I have successfully looked after my landlords and tenants. The integrity and trust built up on all sides has resulted in productive and long-standing business relationships.
